Empre Broox MsBehavin-Starr, aka Jerry McMahan
Empre is the newest title for the UCLSE. The purpose of the addition is to embrace the Non-Binary/ Gender Fluid members of our community.
I am originally from Fresno, California, and I have called Dallas home over four years. In that short time, I have become a voice in our community to reach a younger and more diverse generation and help grow the impact of our organization.
Having grown up in challenging circumstances, I know firsthand the need for charitable assistance. It fuels my passion and commitment to make a difference, one dollar at a time. Charity is not always easy, but it is ALWAYS necessary.
Let’s join forces to support a brighter, more inclusive community!
All the love,
The Teal and Silver Stitch Heart of the Phoenix.
