Coronation Weekend Packages

We have three Coronation Weekend Registration Packages available:

Coronation Package #1

Full Event –

ALL events are included for the one all-inclusive price of $175.00!

​

This package includes:

Friday - Friday afternoon hospitality, out-of-town show with food at the hotel, bar tour

with transportation, food at the Hidden Door, and evening hospitality with snacks and

beverages.

​

Saturday - Morning grab &  go coffee and donuts, morning TransTalk affinity group,

afternoon Coronation ceremony with lunch and dessert - hahaha (IFKYK). After

coronation food is served in hospitality. After-party at the Hidden Door (transportation provided) snacks at the bar. The Dallas Bears host hospitality at the hotel with snacks, beverages, and social time.

Sunday - Victory Brunch at the hotel, Victory Jell-O Shot Party Fundraiser at TMC - with

food, Victory Show at TMC. (own transportation)

Saturday and Sunday Events (only) –

- Join us for all the weekend fun (excluding Friday events) for **$135!**

This package includes: 

Saturday - Morning grab &  go coffee and donuts, morning TransTalk affinity group,

This option includes:

with transportation, food at the Hidden Door, and evening hospitality with snacks and

beverages.

***Important: This package does NOT include Sunday Brunch.*** 

A la Carte Tickets - For those who cannot attend the full weekend, individual a la carte event tickets are available through the registration link.

Payment/Deposit Program - 
For those who need assistance, the UCLSE will provide the option to use the deposit/payment program option.
For Packages 1, 2, and 3, you may select the payment deposit/program option. (The system will charge you 50% at the time of registration, and the remainder will be automatically charged on September 15, 2025.

(A la carte tickets are not eligible for the deposit/payment program).

Wrist Bands/Access - 
Wristbands are required to access each event day. Wristbands are required to be worn on your wrist and shown for access to all events, food, and the hospitality room.

**Advance registration is REQUIRED.**
**No at-the-door tickets will be sold.**
All registrants will receive a wristband that must be worn all weekend for entry.

Transportation
The UCLSE will provide transportation on Friday & Saturday.
Friday –
Host hotel to the Dallas Eagle, TMC, Round-Up, S4 & Rose Room (a.k.a. the gayborhood) & Hidden Door - (scheduled service for the bar tour and one return).
Saturday –
Host hotel to the Hidden Door – continuous service for the After-Party.
The schedule will be posted on our website and available in print at the event.
