Jerry has been working in the healthcare billing industry for 10 years in Fresno, Ca. His experience and dedication led to a job promotion bringing him to DFW. Jerry is a multiple lifetime title holder and former board member of the Imperial Dove Court de Fresno and has been involved in the ICS for over 8 years.

Treasurer, Mickey Hightower

 Mickey has been active in local fundraising charity events since the early 1980s.  Professionally, has been working in the real estate and mortgage industries for 30 years and enjoys helping clients find their homes.

 

Mickey has served on the Board as Membership Director, President, Dean of the Council, Emperor 42, and now treasurer.  

 

I believe life is rewarding in being part of something bigger than I am and the fellowship and camaraderie of working with like-minded individuals in helping our community.

Ryan Sandoval

Ryan Sandoval, aka Ryan DeVasquez St. James, started his journey within the ICS in November 2000. His first Coronation attended was the Adornment in Ogden, Utah. From there, his charity work began. Ryan moved to California in 2003, and moved to Modesto, CA, where he joined the OESCI of Modesto. Ryan has held several board positions, from president to vice president to secretary, and made history by becoming Modesto's youngest individual to be elected as Emperor 36 in 2009 at 26! He is also Modesto's first individual born with a disability to serve as monarch.  In 2014, Ryan moved to Orange County and became involved with the Orange County Imperial Court, serving as an Associate Member, General Member, Vice President, and Secretary and becoming Orange County's first virtually elected, crowned, and step-down monarch as Absolute Emperor 47 during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Boy Earl move to Dallas a little over six years ago and immediately became involved in the UCLSE and the local LGBTQIA+ community. He brings 20+ years of community service and fundraising experience. 

​

Organizational Roles: Boy Earl previously served as social media director on the Board for two years. He has also previously held the titles of Prince Royale, Grand Duke (three times), Crown Prince Royale (two times), and Mr. Texas Star Emeritus.

​

Dowager Empress 48 - Gary Allinger,
a.k.a Penny Cilyn

Penny has been involved in fundraising for charity organizations for over 15 years now.  After graduating with her bachelor's and master's degree in education, Penny spent over 10 years teaching in Secondary Education before moving into her career in healthcare for the past 15 years, currently serving as a Division Director of Operations and Sales. 

​

Organizational Roles: In her Imperial Court career, Penny has served as an Emperor (Gary) in another realm and after moving to Dallas over 12 years ago was then elected as Empress (Penny) for Reign 44 and is currently serving as Regent Empress again for Reign 48 of the UCLSE.  Penny has served on the Board of Directors three times as Board Secretary, twice as the Reigning Monarch and once as the Dowager Empress.  Penny's heart is with our organization and feels blessed to be able to benefit the membership and the community we serve any way she can.

Penny believes in Family, Fun and Friendship.  A recent newlywed, she enjoys time with her new husband and their two fur babies.

Craig has been actively involved with the UCLSE and Dallas Community for over 14 years. He has worked in the Retail/Service Industry for over 30 years. 

​

Organizational Roles: Craig previously served as Emperor 43 of the UCLSE. He has also served on the Board of Directors for multiple years and is currently serving as Regent Emperor 49 of the UCLSE.

​

Valerie has been part of the UCLSE for 8 years. She is a member of the Hard Pink Sisterhood a group of woman who support other woman and their community’s. Valerie moved to Dallas in 1997 and found a home among the leather community. Served as a Member At Large for NLA-Dallas from June 2018-June 2019. She has been with her partner for over 30 years and has enjoyed every moment of life’s journey.
