We have two Coronation Weekend Registration Packages available. A la carte tickets are also available for each day individually.

Advance event registration is required. No tickets will be sold at the door.

ALL Friday, Saturday & Sunday events are included for the one all-inclusive price of $175.00!
Events are listed below.

Wristband must be worn all weekend for event access.

Out-of-Town Show and Food:   

Friday, October 18th – 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. – Dallas Eagle
(NOTE: Music files must be MP3 format-emailed in advance).
Food provided by the Dallas Eagle.
Shuttle buses are provided from the hotel to the Dallas Eagle - a continuous loop.


Bar Tour:   

Friday, October 18th – Buses loading at 8:30 p.m. – Dallas Eagle
Leaving the Dallas Eagle at 8:45 p.m. for the gayborhood (TMC, S4, Rose Room, Hamburger Mary's, Woody's) and
ending the evening at the Hidden Door.
Food will be served at the Hidden Door. 

Buses leave the Hidden Door at approximately midnight.

Social Room:   

Friday, October 18th – Crowne Plaza – Downtown - Bryan Ballroom Level
For those wishing to stay at the hotel, we will provide a social room - beginning at 9:30 p.m. with games, activities, soft beverages, and light snacks. The social room closes at 1:30 a.m.



Coronation 50 Celebration & Reception:

Saturday, October 19th Celebration & Reception at 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. Crowne Plaza – Downtown - Bryan Ballroom Level

Cheese & Fruit with signature cocktail & signature mocktails.
Come and celebrate our history and legacy.

Coronation Ball and Lunch:

Saturday, October 19th. The program begins at 2:30 p.m. – Crowne Plaza – Downtown - Bryan Ballroom

Late lunch will be served. Vegan plate is available upon request - ordered at online registration.
Vendor market during Coronation.

(no intermissions/breaks planned - please dress accordingly)


After Coronation Celebration:

Saturday, October 19th at 8 p.m. – Hidden Door
Shuttle service provided – first bus loads at 7:30 p.m. continuous loop
Food served at the Hidden Door.
Shuttles leave Hidden Door at midnight for the hotel.


Social Room:   

Saturday, October 19th – Crowne Plaza – Downtown - Bryan Ballroom Level

For those wishing to stay at the hotel, we will provide a social room - beginning at 8:30 p.m. with games, activities,

Victory Brunch:

Sunday, October 20th Doors open at 10:30 a.m. at Crowne Plaza – Downtown - Bryan Ballroom Level
The brunch food & program will begin at 11 a.m.


Jell-O Shot Party and Victory Show:

Sunday, October 20th – 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. – TMC - The Mining Company
Food served by Hunky's Hamburgers/The Hamburger Man

Victory Show starts at 4 p.m. and will benefit the Reign 50 Travel Fund.

Registration check-in will begin on Friday, October 19th at 2 p.m. lower level - the Bryan Ballroom area.

Crowne Plaza – Downtown Dallas

This historic hotel in beautiful downtown Dallas has a unique and rich history. Remodeled in 2021.
We are excited to contract this new venue for Coronation 50. This hotel hosts many LGTBQIA events - 

including Purple Party, Black Pride, Southern Pride, Miss Gay USofA Pageants, and much, much more!

The management welcomes our Courtiers for a fun party weekend.
Room Rate: $149 per night + taxes for One King or Two Queen
**Hotel parking garage deeply discounted parking for Coronation attendees $10 per night**
Reservation Deadline: Thursday, September 26th at 4 p.m. Central Time
The block is by space available. Book early!

The hotel will monitor reservations and expand our block as needed - if rooms are available.


Other hotel details:

  • Hotel Check-IN is at 3pm. 

  • Reservation must be made with credit card - or a one-night deposit.

  • Cancellations must be 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a late cancellation fee of one room night.

  • Hotel Check-OUT is 12 noon.

  • If you are arriving AFTER 6pm - please call hotel.

  • Coronation attendees receive the deeply discounted parking garage fee of $10 per night.

  • Carpooling recommended. Also, as a historic building the parking garage could feel low clearance and narrow.
    Large trucks and oversized vehicles are not recommended by the UCLSE. 

  • DART 'West End Transportation Center' is 2 blocks from the hotel providing Light Rail service and Bus service.

  • Watch thy Wigs and Crowns!!! Historic hallway ceilings are lower than modern-day hotels. If you are tall... consider
    placing crown on your head 
    in the Ballroom area.  :-)   (Bedrooms and Ballrooms have higher ceilings).

  • For those with mobility issues, we suggest dropping them off at the front door for ease of access - instead of the parking garage.

**Friday - Crowne Plaza Hotel to the Dallas Eagle for the Out-of-Town Show (continuous service until bar tour)

**Friday - The Bar Tour will depart from the Dallas Eagle to the gayborhood and then the Hidden Door. (scheduled service)

**Friday - Hiden Door to the Crowne Plaza - Downtown. (scheduled service)

**Saturday - Crowne Plaza to Hidden Door - After Coronation (continuous service)

Dallas recognizes the one title—one walk policy.
Guests will be announced with their highest title presented. (Board titles are recognized along with perpetual and line titles).
Titles bestowed by the Reigning Monarchs as well as any title bestowed by our founder Empress Jose’ and Queen Mother I, Empress Nicole the Great will be recognized.
Dynastic names, houses, ball announcements, and "whoopty-dos" are not allowed.

Individuals with excessive sir names will be edited.

The program will be a collectible paper book.
The program book will be provided to all registered attendees.
The size is 8.5x11 in portrait format.  Please use a .25 inch border
Files must be sent as a PDF. Files should be rendered at the preferred 600 dpi (but no less than 300 dpi). 

The ad submission deadline is 11:59 p.m. central time on Thursday, September 26.

There is no provision for late ads.

No open flames, confetti or glitter tossing, please.
No nudity, bare breasts, or bare buttocks, per Texas Law.
No live animals in the Ballroom.
You must be at least 21 years of age to attend.
There will be shuttle transportation provided on Friday & Saturday.

The hotel has a restaurant. 
Before arriving at hotel we suggest you bring water and snacks to your room since the hotel is downtown.


If you would like to perform in one of our shows please email your music to the appropriate address below.

Music must be sent as a MP3 file.
No other formats will work.

In the email please say which show,  your name & your title, and name of the song.

Show line-up order will be: Reigning Monarchs, Line Members, and Past Monarchs
Music will fade on each number as tipping stops.
