40 years in Banking and Corporate Business. Currently managing Risk and Compliance for numerous applications within GT&O.

35+ years in the Dallas Community raising money for charities. Larry has served in numerous roles with several organizations including Dallas Bears - Ambassador, Vice President, President.

Rusty has been working in the IT Support industry for over 27 years. For the last 19 to 20 years he has been an internet and network security engineer for a school district.
​
This is Rusty’s 4th year with the UCLSE as a member and his first year serving on the Board of Directors.
​
He is passionate about service to the community and is also a member of the T-Bears Club supporting fundraising events throughout the Dallas Community. Organizations include UCLSE, The T-Bears, and NLA.

Treasurer, Rick Hooker

Retired after 28 years with a school district. Ricks joined the UCLSE as a member in Reign 39 and has been active ever since.
Rick holds lifetime titles as Marquis for Life to Reign 39, Grand Duke for Life to Reign 42, and is serving in his sixth year as Treasurer.

Social Media Director, Rev. Wayne Davis
a.k.a. Rev. Wayne "Wally" Davis
Wayne joined the UCLSE during Reign 21 and has been an active member ever since. He has held numerous titles, such as Lord High Archbishop for numerous years and has served in many leadership roles.

A Human Resources professional with an emphasis in Healthcare Management and a Specialist in Pharmacy. He currently works in that capacity for a major airline based in Dallas, Texas.
​
Wayne's community service in the Dallas LGBTQ community dates from 1995 after graduating from Baylor University with Masters in Music Education and Church Music. He continues to serve in the Court System, Leather, Bear, Non-Profit and Religious segments of the community on a local and international level. Wayne is a presenter, public speaker, and emcee for numerous events across the nation. A licensed and ordained minister in several denominations - Wayne has served the community on many occasions officiating holy unions, weddings, and memorial services. He is also the long-time President of the Dallas Bears/Texas Bear Round-Up.

Valerie has been part of the UCLSE for 3 years. She is a member of the Hard Pink Sisterhood a group of women who support other woman and their community. Valerie moved to Dallas in 1997 and found a home among the leather community. Served as a Member At Large for NLA-Dallas from June 2018-June 2019. She has been with her partner for 27 years and has enjoyed every moment of life’s journey.

Reigning Emperor- 46, Jonn Thurman
​
Born and raised in Nebraska. Jonn joined the US Navy with ultimately serving on the submarine USS Kentucky. He has been in the Dallas area for 22 years and active in the LGBTQ+ community.
In 2002, he joined the Dallas Diablos Rugby Football Club that brought inclusive rugby to the DFW area which focused on giving those in the LGBTQ+ community a place to play a sport they love and be themselves without fear of harassment. Jonn is also a member of the Cathedral of Hope which is the largest LGBTQ orientated church in the world where he volunteers with the Media Ministry.
A few years ago, he became a member of the United Court of the Lone Star Empire where he stepped in helping the organization raise money for the community. After being Crown Prince Royale for 2 consecutive years under two different Monarchs he became Emperor 46 of the UCLSE

AnjelFyre has been an active member of the Dallas LGBTQ community for the last 7 years.
She is a member of NLA since 2018 and an active participant of the UCLSE for the last 3 years.
Anjel grew up and has raised a family in the DFW area. For the past 20 years, Anjel has worked in the Individual Retirement industry as a Business Analyst.
