United Court of the Lone Star Empire puts on an
M&M evening for Valentines!

Friends, each of us can step back in time and remember the song "Lean on Me". Well it came to life last evening at the Eagle. A group came together to celebrate Valentines and through the organizational efforts of Crown Prince Royale Marshall and Crown Princess Royale Montana, a crowd surrounded the bar and formulated a wonderful eclectic Red and White Ball, UCLSE style, so fondly titled, "Get Your Heart On" ending with a super celebration and fund rasiser. Remember these familiar lines:

Sometimes in our lives we all have pain
We all have sorrow
But if we are wise
We know that there's always tomorrow

Lean on me, when you're not strong
And I'll be your friend
I'll help you carry on
For it won't be long
'Til I'm gonna need
Somebody to lean on

The tomorrow was yesterday now and a "hat’s off" congratulations for a show and event that raised $3200.00 dollars benefiting the Resource Nutrition Center. Marshall and Montana put it together but they had friends to lean on.

The wonderful "Hot Bachelors" that volunteered and stepped up to the auction block. The Basket of Candles donated by Craig and Mickey. The prints donated by Leather Dan, Cookies by the Tucker Inn, and the wonderful package donated by Bear of Design from Jason & Teddy of Leather Knights. Donations upon donations and through it all those that have a need will have someone to "Lean On".
